Fixes to RH 7.3 installer

We use reiserfs with RedHat. Since RH will not support reiserfs we needed to fix bugs in the installer to upgrade software raid arrays on earlier versions of RH to 7.3. We also swapped in a seemingly more stable kernel that works better on older hardware than the stock RH 7.3 kernel. All the code is in the anaconda installer project minus the kernel we used.

Since RH has rewritten the installer, it would take someone porting these fixes into the newer installer if they wanted these fixes with newer versions. We may solve the problem by moving to Debian.
